The Challenge
The business needed a professional website that could communicate its services clearly and provide customers with a simple enquiry process.
The information was not properly organised, the mobile experience required improvement and important actions such as calling, submitting a form or contacting through WhatsApp were not clearly visible.

I planned the website structure around the customer journey. The homepage introduces the business, highlights important services, builds credibility and guides visitors towards the appropriate contact option.
